All was clean, I really enjoyed very good location and staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a minibar, central heating and a work desk were a nice touch. The breakfast had lots of food, like breads and cakes. That was cosy hotel set in nice enough area, just next door to the center of the city. Easy check-in was a bonus👍

Amazing breakfast, tasteful and individual room, very friendly staff. Lovely view, a small balcony, perfect bed, too. The staff did all they can for an incredible stay. The friendly check-in too.

We would stay here again, loved our relaxing stay here. Perfect breakfast, great pool, super location. It's well renovated with good beds and nice views. Location not far from Modena, many attractions.

Budget place, brand-new rooms, ideal location. We loved the location, it was in an old part of the Modenaclose to the train station, town center and rail station, good restaurants. The breakfast was tasty, the choice of fresh bread and cakes.

Comfortable bed and GREAT location. Sunny balcony was a bonus. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at caffetteria il naviglio, located minutes away from the hotel. Furthermore, I could use free WiFi.

Hotel was situated an easy walk to Ducal Palace of Modena. We really enjoyed europa.
